We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Quality Officer to manage communal repairs across a defined patch of residential blocks in Southwark. This role involves direct engagement with residents and Tenants & Residents Associations, ensuring a responsive and high-quality repairs service.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections and raise repair works related to communal areas

Manage and follow through on all communal repair jobs using NetFed codes

Act as the key point of contact for residents and tenants' groups

Attend evening meetings with residents and stakeholders as required

Requirements:
Proven experience in communal repairs and technical inspections

Familiarity with raising and tracking repairs using NetFed coding

Strong communication and organisational skills

Flexibility to attend evening meetings on occasion
