Overview:
We are currently seeking a Band 6 Locum Dietitian to join the Dietetics Department at Dorset County Hospital, working across the Main Department including Renal services. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to an established multidisciplinary team within Urgent & Integrated Care.

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
Location: Dorset County Hospital, Urgent & Integrated Care (AHP), Dietetics Main Department inc. Renal
Key Responsibilities:
Provide specialist dietetic assessment, treatment, and advice for patients referred to the Dietetics department, including those with renal conditions.
Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team across the Dietetics and Renal services.
Deliver evidence-based nutritional care and interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
Support patients with complex nutritional requirements, both inpatient and outpatient.
Contribute to the development of care pathways and patient resources.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with Trust and HCPC standards.
Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and service development initiatives.
Requirements:
HCPC Registered Dietitian
Previous Band 6 Dietitian experience (NHS or equivalent) desirable
Experience in renal dietetics is highly advantageous
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team

Job Summary:
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Paediatric Dietitian to join the Complex Feeding Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) at Guy's & St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. This is a highly specialist role supporting children with complex nutritional needs through both face-to-face and virtual clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide highly specialist dietetic assessments and reviews for children with complex feeding issues.
Formulate and monitor individualised nutritional care plans.
Deliver a mix of in-person and virtual outpatient consultations.
Attend clinical and MDT meetings to support integrated, patient-centred care.
Liaise with families, carers, and external agencies to ensure safe and effective nutrition support.
Support oral and enteral nutrition, including facilitating home enteral feeding.
Produce clear, concise clinical reports and documentation.
Essential Requirements:
HCPC registered Dietitian
Significant paediatric experience, particularly in complex feeding
Experience with ketogenic diets (essential)
Excellent communication and teamworking skills
Ability to work independently and contribute within an MDT
