Overview

We are seeking a Band 5 Dietitian to join a busy community-based service supporting adult patients across a range of settings.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver dietetic assessment and treatment for adult patients
Support management of malnutrition within community settings
Work across clinics, care homes, and patient homes
Manage a varied caseload within an MDT environment
Support reduction of waiting lists and service demand
Requirements
HCPC Registered Dietitian
Experience within adult dietetics
Ability to work independently within community settings
Ability to travel between sites
Strong communication and organisational skills
Additional Info
Community-based role with travel required
