You will:
* Manage safeguarding and child protection caseloads
* Complete assessments and care planning
* Work with CIN, CP, and pre-proceedings cases
* Prepare reports for court and conferences
* Build strong relationships with children and families
* Work within the Family Safeguarding Model
* Ensure the child's voice is central to all decisions

Essential Requirements
* Social Work Qualification (Degree / MA / PGDip)
* Social Work England Registration
* 3+ years PQE within UK Children's Services
* Safeguarding / Children & Families experience
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Strong report writing and court work experience
