Eden Brown are currently seeking a Learning Support Practitioner for a Further Education College in Worcestershire. To join a dedicated team, supporting students within our Foundation Learning programmes, including Functional Skills Maths.

This is a part time temporary role to start asap until the end of June, hours are:

- Tuesday: 9:00am - 12:15pm
- Wednesday: 9:00am - 12:15pm
- Thursday: 9:15am - 12:15pm
- Friday: 9:00am - 12:15pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to learners with additional needs.
- Assist in delivering differentiated learning activities.
- Work closely with teaching staff to support learner progress and engagement.
- Promote independence and confidence in learning.
- Support learners with EHCPs and/or those requiring additional classroom assistance.

Requirements:
- Previous Learning Support experience
- Experience supporting learners in a Further Education or similar setting.
- Familiarity with Functional Skills Maths at entry and Level 1.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, flexible, and student-centred approach.
