Social Worker- Fostering - Swindon

Social Worker required for work within the Fostering Team in Swindon. This is an exciting opportunity with excellent rates of pay up to £38.75ph. 3-6 month contract but likely reviewed. Swindon has excellent transport links with M4 and beautiful countryside of the Cotswold's. Supportive team environment in purpose built offices with parking. Flexible, hybrid working arrangements.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Experienced Social Worker to join our Fostering Team. The successful candidate must have a sound knowledge of fostering legislation, and substantial experience of foster care practice including the assessment of potential foster carers or supervision of foster carers. Knowledge of fostering regulations, child care law and safeguarding issues is essential, as is the ability to make objective professional assessments of children or young people.


You will be SWE registered, ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK
