Overview

A well-established private hospital in Dorset is currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RGN) to support their inpatient ward service on a flexible agency basis.

There are multiple shifts available across weekdays, nights and weekends, providing excellent opportunities for nurses looking for flexible work within a modern private healthcare environment.

The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team delivering high-quality patient care across surgical and medical inpatient services.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to patients within the inpatient ward.

Monitor patients' clinical condition and escalate concerns appropriately.

Administer medications and treatments in accordance with NMC standards.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.

Work collaboratively with consultants, healthcare assistants and allied health professionals.

Support discharge planning and ensure continuity of care.

Essential Requirements

Current NMC registration (Registered Nurse - Adult).

Experience working within acute hospital or inpatient ward environments.

Valid NEWS2 training certification.

Immediate Life Support (ILS) certification.

Strong clinical and communication skills.

Pay Rates

Standard: £20.92 per hour

Saturday / Night shifts: £21.92 per hour

Sunday / Bank Holidays: £22.92 per hour
