Social Worker required for work within the Mental Health Social Care Team based in Yeovil in Somerset close to the Yeovil. Hill an area of outstanding natural beauty. 37 hours a week with rates up to £38ph for experienced candidates. Flexible, hybrid working arrangements.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced social worker to join the Yeovil Mental Health Social Care team. The successful candidate will work with people with severe and ensuring mental health difficulties, their families and carers, completing Care Act and Section 117 aftercare assessments. You will also be expected to participate in the triage rota. Good assessment and report writing skills are essential alongside a comprehensive understanding of the key legislation and it's application to ensure appropriate support and care is in place.

You will be Social Work England registered, ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK
