We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) to join our dynamic team in Coventry. The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker with current registration with Social Work England.
  • Approved Mental Health Professional status or willingness to obtain it within a specified timeframe.
  • Significant experience in mental health social work, particularly in crisis intervention and risk assessment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
