A well-established education provider in Greater Manchester is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Construction Lecturer to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced industry professional or educator to play a key role in delivering the T Level Design, Surveying and Planning programme and shaping the future workforce of the construction and built environment sector.

You will deliver high-quality teaching across a broad range of technical and professional units, ensuring learners gain the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for progression into Higher Education, apprenticeships, or employment within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering engaging and industry-relevant content across the following areas:

* The construction industry and the built environment
* Health, Safety and Wellbeing
* Science and Building Technology
* Sustainability and Environmental Impact
* Measurement, Surveying and Construction Information
* Design Processes and Project Planning
* Digital Construction and Building Information Modelling (BIM)
* Commercial Business, Finance and Law
* Data, Communication and Information Management
* Professional Responsibilities and Personal Development

In addition, you will:
* Act as a personal tutor, supporting learners' academic and pastoral progress
* Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians regarding learner development
* Provide student induction, advice, and ongoing academic support
* Track, monitor, and report on learner progress against targets and milestones
* Implement timely interventions to support learner achievement
* Maintain accurate records to evidence support and progress
* Contribute to curriculum planning, development, and continuous improvement
* Participate in quality assurance processes, including audits, validations, and self-assessment activities
Support enrolment, outreach, and marketing activities for the curriculum area
