Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Locality Team for Sutton Council on a permanent basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Managing a varied caseload of Child in Need, Child Protection, and Children Looked After cases.
* Undertaking statutory assessments, visits, and safeguarding interventions in line with legislation and local procedures.
* Developing and implementing child-focused plans to achieve positive outcomes for children and families.
* Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to deliver effective interventions and support.
* Preparing high-quality assessments, reports, and court statements where required.
* Maintaining accurate and timely case recordings in line with statutory requirements and local authority procedures.

Working Pattern:
* Social Workers have the option to be based from home but are required to attend the main office for operational needs, including professional meetings, team meetings, duty, and training.

Salary:
* £42,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience and skills.

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent.
* Minimum 3 years experience within Childrens Social Care.
* Experience within a Locality, Safeguarding, Child Protection, or Assessment Team.
* Social Work England Registration.
* Thorough knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures.
