To be successful in this role, you will need the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Demonstrable experience in child protection and family support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to working with families.
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively and work under pressure.
