Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Short Term Support Service - Prevention team in Central Lancashire. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to making a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting Care Act 2014 assessments
  • Performing Mental Capacity assessments
  • Making and supporting Best Interest decisions
  • Working effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified and registered Social Worker (QSW)
  • Proven experience in the areas listed above
  • Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
