Working Pattern: Hybrid - 2 days in office, remainder remote

The Adult Social Care OT Team in Newham is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment with flexible hybrid working.

Role Overview:

  • Conduct assessments and provide interventions for adults within social care.
  • Make recommendations for major adaptations and complex equipment.
  • Support safe moving and handling practices for service users.

Essential Requirements:

  1. Experience working in adult social care.
  2. Knowledge and experience with major adaptations.
  3. Competence in moving and handling techniques.

Qualifications/Certifications:

  • BSc (Hons) Occupational Therapy
  • Current HCPC registration
  • Any additional training related to adult social care or moving & handling is desirable

Working from Home Policy:

  • Hybrid working: 2 days in office, remainder remote.
  • No expected changes to this policy within the next 3 months.
