  • Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery.

  • Maintaining accurate and timely records in accordance with policy guidelines.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in mental health social work, preferably within a community setting.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills with a person-centered approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in mental health care.
