Job Overview:
We are looking for a Locum Qualified Social Worker to join the Learning Disabilities Team in Lewisham. This is an exciting opportunity to work with individuals with learning disabilities, providing tailored support and interventions to enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and support individuals with learning disabilities.
Work with service users to develop and implement care plans.
Collaborate with other professionals to ensure holistic support for service users.
Provide safeguarding, advocacy, and direct support.
Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.
Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities.
Strong interpersonal skills and an understanding of person-centered care.
