As a Qualified Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments and developing care plans to meet the needs of individuals.
- Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure comprehensive support.
- Providing advice and guidance to individuals and their families regarding safeguarding concerns.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Participating in safeguarding meetings and contributing to strategy discussions.
The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (degree or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Experience in adult safeguarding and knowledge of relevant legislation.
