To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A relevant Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in adult social work, particularly in assessment and support services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex situations effectively.
