The ideal candidate will have the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation, including the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
- Proven experience in adult social work, particularly in assessment and safeguarding.
