We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Child Protection and Safeguarding Team in Littlehampton, West Sussex. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional to make a significant difference in the lives of vulnerable children and families. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks.
  • Developing and implementing effective care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with statutory and organizational requirements.
  • Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to child protection conferences.
  • Providing support, advice, and guidance to families to promote positive outcomes for children.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working in child protection and safeguarding settings.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
