East Sussex - QSW - Adult services
Eden Brown Synergy is currently seeking experienced Qualified Social Workers (QSWs) to join a multi-disciplinary team delivering support through the Changing Futures Service - a central government initiative supporting individuals experiencing 3+ compound needs.
Location: St Mary's House, Eastbourne, East Sussex
Rate: £35 per hour
About the Role
You will provide intensive, trauma-informed support to individuals with complex needs, helping them make sustainable and lasting changes in their lives.
This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team affiliated with Interventions Alliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, trauma-informed support to vulnerable adults
- Manage complex caseloads effectively
- Work collaboratively with partner agencies and professionals
- Support individuals within community and on-site settings
- Attend the Eastbourne office at least twice weekly
- Travel across East Sussex as required
Requirements
- Qualified Social Worker with relevant Social Work qualification and registration
- Minimum 2 years' case-holding experience
- Experience supporting individuals with complex needs
- Strong resilience and ability to manage challenging situations
- Mental health experience is desirable
- Ability to work independently and within a multi-disciplinary team
