To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working with children and families, particularly in a social work context.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
- Proficient in report writing and case management systems.
