Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Social Worker to join the Pre-Birth / Newborn Family Help Team for Enfield Council.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Working with families at the pre-birth stage and with newborns to ensure safe care and positive outcomes.
* Completing detailed pre-birth assessments and risk assessments within required timescales.
* Developing and implementing child-focused plans to safeguard and support infants.
* Working in partnership with health professionals including midwives and health visitors.
* Managing a caseload effectively within a fast-paced safeguarding environment.
* Maintaining accurate, up-to-date case records and preparing reports where required.

Working Pattern:
* Hybrid working

Pay Rate:
* Up to £37.52 p/h Umbrella

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years' experience in children's social care
* Experience within pre-birth assessments, safeguarding, or assessment teams
* Social Work England Registration
* Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures
