We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Social Worker to join our CWD Team in Wiltshire. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and intervention to children with disabilities and their families.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

  • Assessing the needs of children with disabilities and developing care plans
  • Working collaboratively with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children
  • Conducting home visits and meetings to monitor progress and provide support
  • Advocating for the rights and well-being of children with disabilities
  • Participating in case conferences and reviews to evaluate and adjust care plans

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker with HCPC registration
  • Experience working with children with disabilities in a social work setting
  • Strong assessment and case management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team

Additional requirements for this role include a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel within the community.
