To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, CSS, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England or equivalent regulatory body.
  • Significant experience in social work, particularly with older people and individuals with physical disabilities.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships.
