As a Qualified Social Worker in our Long Term Safeguarding team, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored care plans for children and families.
- Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure effective service delivery.
- Managing a caseload of complex cases, demonstrating sound decision-making and professional judgement.
- Providing support and guidance to families, empowering them to access the resources they need.
- Documenting and maintaining accurate case records in compliance with local and national standards.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in safeguarding and child protection within a social work setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with children and families.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
