We are seeking a Band 8a Clinical Psychologist to join the Tier 3 Weight Management Service at Croydon Healthcare Services.

This role will involve delivering specialist psychological interventions to adults with severe obesity and complex health needs to support lifestyle changes, weight loss, and improved health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist psychological assessments and develop treatment plans.

  • Deliver both group sessions and 1:1 therapy focused on behaviour change and sustainable weight management.

  • Work closely within a multidisciplinary team including dietitians, nurses, and medical staff.

  • Support patients through their journey towards healthier lifestyle behaviours.

  • Contribute to service development, audits, and research initiatives.
