Blackpool - QSW - Front Line team
Blackpool Council is seeking experienced and motivated Qualified Social Workers to join our Front Line Intake Team in Adult Social Care. This is a pivotal opportunity to be part of an innovative period as we explore new ways of working to manage the increasing demand on our services.

We need practitioners who are confident, resilient, and ready to make a difference from day one. You will bring:
A solid understanding of legal frameworks and safeguarding
Strong IT and communication skills
Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities
A can-do attitude and team spirit
Proven experience in risk assessment, crisis intervention, and managing complex cases
This role requires frontline experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your work will directly support vulnerable adults in Blackpool, ensuring their safety and promoting independence.
