Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and committed Social Worker to join the Adult Social Care Team in Tower Hamlets on a locum basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive and fast-paced environment, helping to deliver high-quality services to adults within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake strength-based assessments and support planning.
Work in line with the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding frameworks.
Liaise effectively with health professionals, families, and external partners.
Support vulnerable adults to live independently and with dignity.
Ensure timely interventions and person-centred care.
Requirements:
Social Work England registration.
Previous experience in adult social care.
Good understanding of relevant legislation and statutory responsibilities.
Strong communication, assessment, and organisational skills.
