Children's SW - Intervention Team - Tameside
Join our dedicated team in Tameside as a Children's Social Worker within the Intervention Team, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting children and families in need. - Participating in and contributing to team meetings and case reviews.
- Providing support and guidance to families, ensuring their voices are heard in the decision-making process.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Strong understanding of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
- Proven experience in a social work setting, particularly with children and families.
