Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Qualified Social Worker for their Referral & Assessment/Child Protection (CP) team in Wembley Park, Wembley (HA9 0FJ) with a council in North West London.
Job Title: Qualified Social Worker - Referral & Assessment/CP Team
Location: Wembley Park, Wembley, HA9 0FJ
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days in the office
Pay Rate: £37.52 -£39.04 per hour
About the Role:
A Council in North West London is seeking a Qualified Social Worker to join their Referral & Assessment/Child Protection (CP) team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a professional, supportive team and make a real difference in the lives of children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of Referral & Assessment/CP cases
- Conduct statutory visits and assessments for children and families
- Attend and contribute to Child Protection conferences and planning meetings
- Maintain accurate records and ensure statutory compliance
- Work collaboratively within the team to deliver high-quality safeguarding services
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker with relevant experience in child protection
- Experience working in Referral & Assessment or Child Protection teams
- Knowledge of statutory safeguarding procedures
- Strong communication, organizational, and assessment skills

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* At least 3 years' experience as a social worker within children's services
* Social Work England Registration
* Driving license and access to own vehicle
