Westminster - QSW - Mental Health Team - £32 p/h Umb
Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Mental Health Team for Westminster City Council.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Managing a caseload of adults with complex mental health needs in accordance with statutory duties.
* Undertaking Care Act assessments, reviews, and support planning to promote independence and wellbeing.
* Completing Mental Capacity Assessments and applying the principles of the Mental Capacity Act where appropriate.
* Working collaboratively with NHS Mental Health Services, partner agencies, and community organisations to deliver coordinated support.
* Carrying out safeguarding enquiries and risk assessments in line with relevant legislation and local procedures.
* Preparing accurate assessments, reports, and case recordings in accordance with statutory requirements.
* Promoting recovery-focused practice and ensuring individuals receive person-centred support.
Working Pattern:
* Hybrid working.
Pay Rate:
* £32 p/h Umb.
Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent.
* Minimum 3 years experience within Adult Social Care.
* Experience within a Mental Health Team.
* Social Work England Registration.
* Thorough knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act, Mental Health Act, and safeguarding procedures.
