- Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with children, foster carers, and other professionals.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports in accordance with statutory requirements.
- Participating in multi-agency meetings to promote the best interests of children and ensure their needs are met.
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working within a fostering or children's services setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding practices.
