Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Supervising Social Worker to join the Fostering Team for Croydon Council.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Supervising, supporting, and assessing foster carers in accordance with fostering regulations and national minimum standards.
* Undertaking foster carer assessments, annual reviews, and unannounced visits.
* Providing guidance, support, and professional supervision to foster carers to promote placement stability.
* Working in partnership with children, foster carers, and multi-agency professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
* Contributing to foster carer training, recruitment, and development activities.
* Preparing high-quality assessments, reports, and recordings in line with statutory requirements and local authority procedures.

Working Pattern:
* Hybrid working.

Pay Rate:
* £37.52 p/h Umb.

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent.
* Minimum 3 years experience within Childrens Social Care.
* Experience within a Fostering Team as a Supervising Social Worker.
* Social Work England Registration.
* Thorough knowledge of fostering legislation, regulations, and safeguarding procedures.
