Rate: £40 per hour

Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Practitioner to join the Adult Social Care team at East Sussex County Council.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake the full range of statutory social work responsibilities within Adult Social Care.
- Manage complex cases, providing specialist knowledge and professional expertise.
- Support and supervise Social Workers, Resource Officers, Assessors, students, trainees, and other team members as delegated by the Practice Manager.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies to deliver high-quality, person-centred outcomes.
- Provide professional leadership and guidance within the team.
Requirements
- Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.
- Previous experience working within Adult Social Care.
- Experience managing complex cases and providing professional supervision is desirable.
- Strong assessment, safeguarding, and care management skills.
