Qualified Social Worker - Adults Services - East Sussex
Rate: £38 per hour (Umbrella)
Location: East Sussex
Contract: Locum
We are currently seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Adults Services team in East Sussex. This is a great opportunity to work within a supportive environment delivering high-quality services to adults with a range of needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake Care Act assessments, reviews, and support planning
Manage safeguarding enquiries and risk assessments
Work collaboratively with adults, carers, and partner agencies to promote independence
Complete Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interest decisions
Maintain accurate case records and contribute to multi-disciplinary working
Requirements:
SWE registered Social Worker
Experience working within Adults Social Care
Good understanding of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding processes
Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
Rate: £38ph umbrella
Location: East Sussex
