As a Qualified Social Worker in Long Term Safeguarding, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing ongoing support and intervention to safeguard vulnerable individuals, ensuring their rights and dignity are upheld.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in safeguarding, child protection, and working with diverse populations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with service users and professionals.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating excellent organizational skills.
