The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in safeguarding, child protection, and working with diverse populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with service users and professionals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating excellent organizational skills.
