Senior Social Worker required to work within the Long term child protection Team based in Keynsham in the historic county of Bath and North-East Somerset. BANES (Bath & north East Somerset) is a small unitary local authority to the east of Bristol. It looks after a small area so the travel in this role is limited. It covers the city of Bath, the town of Keynsham, Midsomer Norton, Radstock, and surrounding rural areas
This is a role based in one of our safeguarding/child protection teams. There will be a mix of CIN, CP and Court work to undertake. This is a full time role. Access to a vehicle would be preferable as B&NES local authority does cover some rural areas. There is an expectation to be office based at times and this would be in our Keynsham office.
You will be Social Work England registered, ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK.
