Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Qualified Social Worker (QSW) - Long Term / Children in Care Team in Northamptonshire Children's Trust.

Pay Rate: £36 per hour (via Umbrella)

About the Role:
Northamptonshire Children's Trust is looking for a passionate and experienced Social Worker to join our Long Term / Children in Care (CIC) team. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role where you will make a real difference in the lives of children and young people in care. You will work closely with colleagues in the Leaving Care Service and with external partners to deliver positive outcomes for children and families.

What You'll Do:

  • Work with looked-after children to provide high-quality social work support.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure the best outcomes for children.
  • Manage cases in a fast-paced, busy environment with professionalism and care.

About You:

  • You are a Qualified Social Worker (QSW) with experience working with looked-after children.
  • Your experience may include time in a LAC team, court team, safeguarding service, or another area of children's services.
  • You thrive in a high-energy, collaborative environment and are committed to achieving the best outcomes for children in care.

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* At least 3 years' experience as a social worker within children's services
* Social Work England Registration
* Driving license and access to own vehicle
