Social worker - fostering - Portsmouth
Social Worker required for work within the Fostering Support Team in the Portsmouth area. 37 hrs a week with flexible working. Competitive rates of pay to £42ph depending on experience. The team has a strong management structure and stable team.
Hybrid role with 2-3 days in the office.
This role is within the Fostering Support Team the core business being support and development of approved mainstream and kinship Foster Carers.

This is an exciting time to join Portsmouth City Council Fostering Service as we strive to further enhance outcomes for looked after children in the city an example of this is a number of staff are DDP trained. We are seeking a qualified and suitably experienced Social Worker to join our Fostering Service. This is an ideal opportunity to develop specialist knowledge within the fostering sector. You will have the autonomy and responsibility to really make a difference.
You will be Social Work England registered, ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK
