We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Infant Team in Blackpool. This role offers a competitive rate of £41.69 per hour, providing an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of infants and their families. The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with infants and families in a social work context.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
