The successful candidate will hold a recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, MA Social Work) and be registered with Social Work England. Essential skills include excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a thorough understanding of relevant legislation and best practices in social work. Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting is highly desirable.
