Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced and Qualified Social Worker to join a busy and thriving Court Team/Children in Care Team in Northamptonshire's Children Trust.

Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Investigation and assessment, following referrals to the service.
* Report Writing
* Working With PLO (Public Law Outline)
* Attending Child Protection meetings, Case Conferences and LAC reviews.
* Utilise Children in Need plans to work directly with Children
* Court Reports
* Section 47s
* Core Assessments
* Manage a varied and complex caseload - Average Caseloads are 18.

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* At least 2 years' experience as a social worker within children's services
* Social Work England Registration
* Driving license and access to own vehicle
