Job Summary:
We are seeking a Deputy Ward Manager (RMN) to support the effective day-to-day running of the ward, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and staff support. This is an excellent development opportunity for an experienced RMN ready for a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Ward Manager with clinical leadership and staff supervision

Oversee the delivery of person-centred care and patient safety

Lead on audits, care planning, and clinical compliance

Foster a supportive team environment with clear communication

Actively contribute to MDT input and operational development

Requirements:

NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

Leadership or supervisory experience in a mental health setting

Strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC standards, and clinical governance

Commitment to continuous improvement and team development
