We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join the North Locality Team in Doncaster, offering a competitive pay rate of £32 per hour. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting vulnerable individuals and families, ensuring their safety and well-being while promoting positive change in their lives. Your expertise will contribute to the development and implementation of effective care plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families.
  • Developing, implementing, and reviewing care plans in collaboration with clients and other professionals.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in line with statutory requirements.
  • Providing support and guidance to families, helping them navigate challenges and access necessary resources.
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive service delivery.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
