About the Role:
We are seeking passionate and experienced Qualified Social Workers (QSWs) to join our Child Protection teams across North Yorkshire. In these roles, you will work directly with children and families, supporting vulnerable children, safeguarding their welfare, and helping to make a real difference in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake child protection assessments and investigations
  • Work with families to ensure the safety and well-being of children
  • Collaborate with multi-agency teams and professionals
  • Prepare reports and attend case conferences as required
  • Maintain accurate records in line with local authority policies

Who We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Social Worker (QSW) with relevant experience in Child Protection
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
