To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognised social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
