Birmingham - SP - Learning Academy Team
Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Practitioner to join the Learning Academy Team at Birmingham Children's Trust.
Pay Rate: £33.30 per hour (Umbrella)
Location: B30 3BN, Birmingham
This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking Learning Academy Team, supporting the development of social work practice and helping to shape the next generation of social workers. You will play a key role in mentoring, coaching and supporting practitioners while promoting high standards of practice across Children's Services.
Key Skills Required:
* Strong experience within Children's Social Care services
* Ability to mentor, support and develop social workers and newly qualified practitioners
* Excellent safeguarding, assessment and case management knowledge
* Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to promote best practice and support continuous professional development
* Experience working within a multi-agency environment
Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Registered with Social Work England
* Significant post-qualified experience within Children's Services
* Previous experience at Senior Practitioner level or equivalent
