Job Title: Social Worker - Adult Learning Disability Team
Location: Manchester
Rate: £30 per hour

We are seeking a skilled Social Worker / Social Care Assessor to join our dynamic Adult Learning Disability Team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities, working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out social work assessments and provide ongoing support to adults with learning disabilities.
- Manage your own caseload effectively, taking initiative in case progression.
- Work collaboratively with your peer group, offering guidance and support where needed.
- Thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment, balancing multiple priorities.
- Ensure all interventions are compliant with local authority and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- Experienced Social Worker or Social Care Assessor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Commitment to person-centred practice and promoting independence.
