Social worker -Learning Disabilities Team - Cardiff
Newly qualified Social Worker required for work within the Learning Disabilities team in Cardiff Council in the Wales. Pay rate - £27.79ph. 3 months long contract, 37 hours a week. They are friendly and supportive team, Flexible hybrid working arrangements. Cardiff is a beautiful and vibrant city on the coast.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support adults with learning disabilities to live independently, build confidence, and achieve positive outcomes within their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing person-centred support tailored to individual needs
* Assisting with daily living activities, including personal care where required
* Supporting service users to access the community, education, and social activities
* Encouraging independence, choice, and wellbeing
* Maintaining accurate records and reports
* Working collaboratively with families, professionals, and wider support networks
Ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK
